How credits work
- Your included monthly allowance is used first and resets on the first day of each month (UTC). Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account if you change or cancel your personal plan.
- Buying credits does not unlock paid-plan features. For example, AI-assisted template transfer also needs an eligible plan.
- Credit packs are optional. Creating, editing and compiling your LaTeX projects do not use AI credits.

Team & Business: a dedicated installation
Each customer will have a dedicated LaTeXDesk installation, managed by LaTeXDesk. This is not a larger shared author account.
- Request your workspace. The planned onboarding form will collect your organization, contact details, team size, storage needs and preferred subdomain, for example
research-team.latexdesk.com. Subdomains are subject to availability and approval. - Confirm the quote. Agree the one-time setup fee, recurring service price, capacity and any AI credits before purchase.
- We set up your service. LaTeXDesk will set up and test your dedicated installation before handover.
Not open for ordering yet. The request form, service setup and final service terms will be available when we are ready to onboard a customer. No service or subdomain is created or reserved from this page.
Personal plans, dedicated installations and journal subscriptions are separate
Free, Starter and Pro cover your personal projects and monthly AI allowance. Journal production is a separate service; Team and Business do not automatically activate a journal subscription. A journal editor manages the selected journal’s subscription in its Subscription page. No service changes your approved journal roles.
Personal-plan monthly AI allowances reset at the beginning of each month (UTC). AI suggestions require your review before application. Archiving a project does not free a project slot; permanent deletion is subject to submission-retention checks.
